<br />and Julia Lamonis, his wife, of record in Volume <br />133, pages 167-168, Deed Records of Hays County, <br />Texas, to which deed and the record thereof refer- <br />ence is here made and same made a part hereof for <br />all purposes and intents <br /> <br />to Martin Arroyo are hereby approved. <br /> <br />SECTION 2. That the consideration of one thousand six hun- <br />dred dollars ($1,600.00) for said property be, and is hereby, <br />approved. <br /> <br />SECTION 3. That the purchaser is hereby placed on notice <br />that the subject property is subject to assessment under the <br />provisions of Article 1105b, Texas Revised Civil Statutes. <br /> <br />SECTION 4. That the mayor of the City of San Marcos, Texas, <br />Kenneth V. Kraus be, and is hereby, authorized to execute a warranty <br />deed to Martin Arroyo from the City of San Marcos, for said property. <br /> <br />SECTION 5. That the importance of this Ordinance creates an <br />emergency and an imperative purpose necessary that the provisions <br />of the charter requiring that ordinances shall be read on three <br />separate meetings and that no ordinance shall become effective un- <br />til the expiration of ten (10) days following the date of its final <br />passage be suspended, and these provisions are hereby suspended, <br />and this Ordinance shall take effect and be in full force and effect <br />from and after its adoption and publication in a newspaper of general <br />circulation within the City. <br /> <br />PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED this <br />1981. <br /> <br />9th <br /> <br />day of February <br /> <br /> <br />~~ <br /> <br />.
