<br /> //71' <br /> Warranty for Systems <br /> Where we provide Products to you as a system (for example, when we provide Machines and <br /> Programs according to our marketing proposal or when we deliver them during a Services <br /> engagement), we warrant that they are compatible and will operate with one another. This <br /> warranty is in addition to our other applicable warranties. <br /> .', <br /> Warranty for Integrated Systems <br /> For each integrated system we deliver to you under a Statement of Work for Systems <br /> Integration Services, we warrant that the integrated system (including any Materials, IBM <br /> Products, and non-IBM Products contained in it) meets its Completion Criteria as specified in <br /> the Statement of Work. This warranty is in addition to our other applicable warranties. <br /> The warranty period for an integrated system is a fixed period as specified in the Statement of <br /> Work. It begins on the date we deliver the integrated system to you, <br /> During the warranty period, we manage the individual warranties and Maintenance Services, <br /> if any, for the components (including non-IBM Products) of the integrated system. <br /> If an integrated system does not function as warranted during the warranty period, we will <br /> correct the deficiency without charge. If we are unable to do so, you may return the <br /> integrated system to us and we will refund your money. <br /> 2.2 Extent of Warranty <br /> If a Machine is subject to federal or state consumer warranty laws, our statement of limited <br /> warranty included with the Machine applies in place of these Machine warranties. <br /> Misuse, accident, modification, unsuitable physical or operating environment, operation in <br /> other than the Specified Operating Environment, improper maintenance by you, or failure <br /> caused by a product for which we are not responsible, may void the warranties, <br /> THESE WARRANTIES REPLACE ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING <br /> THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR <br /> PURPOSE. <br /> 2.3 Items Not Covered by Warranty , <br /> We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation of a Product or Service. <br /> We will identify IBM Products that we do not warrant. <br /> Unless we specify otherwise (for example, in our warranty for integrated systems), we provide <br /> Materials, non-IBM Products, and non-IBM Services on an "AS IS" basis.
