<br /> /lc,x <br /> 5.0 General Specifications <br /> 5.01 Scope. <br /> The intent of these general specifications is to secure a contract for the purchase of <br /> an Interactive Computer System for the Automation of the Municipal Court. <br /> 5.02 General Requirements. <br /> A. The vendor must supply a list of all sites where the recommended software is <br /> currently installed and operating within the State of Texas. This listing shall <br /> include the type of hardware the software is operating on, the name, address, <br /> and telephone number of the operating agency, and the name of at least one <br /> contact person at that agency. If the recommended software ~not currently in <br /> operation and installed at a site, this fact must be clearly stated in the <br /> proposal. <br /> B. The vendor must supply information on yearly software maintenance <br /> agreements including estimated costs, services provided, availability of service <br /> (day of week, time of day) and estimated response times for any emergency <br /> service calls. <br /> C. The vendor must supply information concerning its size, sùch as the total <br /> number of employees of the company, the number of employees working in <br /> the area of customer service, the number of application programmers, and the <br /> number of trainers. Also, vendor is to submit financial reports. for the past <br /> three (3) years. <br /> D. The vendor shall be responsible for the successful implementation of the <br /> - <br /> complete system. <br /> E. Documentation provided to the City for the system must include: <br /> 1. Three (3) copies of the application software. <br /> 2. One (1) copy of the hardware documentation on all systems utilized by <br /> the application software. This means if any database management <br /> systems or utilities are used by the application system, then <br /> documentation must be provided for those items. <br /> F. The vendor must warrant that as long as the City continues to keep the <br /> software license agreement and the software maintenance agreements in effect, <br /> all software errors and bugs will be corrected. <br /> G. The vendor must supply copies of all printed output produced by the <br /> RFP 94-00 1 <br /> Page 17 <br />
