The criteria <br /> to be used in evaluating proposals are presented below in order of decreasing' <br /> importance. <br /> A. Ability of the software to meet the needs defined in this Request for <br /> Proposal <br /> B. Cost of entire system <br /> C. Simplicity of operation <br /> D. Financial ~tability of vendor <br /> E. Program of software and system updates <br /> F. Perfonnance standards <br /> ~ <br /> G. Training and education to be provided <br /> H. Number of successful similar installations (which can be contacted <br /> and/or visited) <br /> 12.02 A ward of Contract. <br /> The proposals will be evaluated in accordance with the criteria enumerated in <br /> Section 12.01.
