I"rfT ('.. ~', 1 . l,' J' ~! ;.; V t CORRECTION EASEHENT DEEÙ THE STATE OF TEXAS § 316'787 § COUNTY OF HAYS § KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS, A MUNICIPAL CORPORATION of the County of Hays, State of Texas, for and in consideration of the sum of One Dollar ($1.00) and other good and valuable considerations herein stated to the CITY OF SAN MARCOS cash in hand paid by W. C. CARSON, TRUSTEE, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged and confessed, has GRANTED, SOLD k~ CONVEYED, and by these presents do GRANT, SELL AND CONVEY unto the said W. C. CARSON, TRüSTEE, an easement for ingress and egress purposes over, through and across all those certain lots, tracts or parcels of land situated in the County of Hays, State of Texas, and described as follows, to-wit: TRACT A BEGINNING at a point that bears S 44° 50' W a distance of 20 feet from the most Northerly corner of a 4.83 acre tract shown in the North corner of Municipal Airport Subdivision on the plat thereof of record in Volume 163, Page 160 of the Deed records of Hays County, Texas. THENCE S 44° 50' W, with the Northwest line of said 4.83 acre tract a distance of 30.0 feet to a point. THENCE S 44° 36' E, an approximate distance of 107 feet to a point on the West side of said Runway Number Two. THENCE N 2° 26' W, with the West line of said Runway a distance of approximately 46 feet to a point, said point being the intersection of the West line of said Runway Number Two and the Southwest line of 20 root easement on the most Northeasterly side of said 4.83 acre tract. THENCE with the Southwest side of said 20 foot road easement N 44° 36' W, a distance of approximately 73 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING, containing approximately 2700 square feet. TRACT B BEGINNING at a point that bears S 44° 50' W, 20 feet from the most Northerly corner of Runway Number One as recorded in Volume 163, Page 160 of the Hays County Deed Records. THENCE with the Northwest line of said Runway Number One on a bearing of S 44° 50' W, a distance of 30 feet to a point on the Northwest line of said Runway. THENCE leaving said Runway N 44° 36' W, an approximate distance of 143.6 feet to a point on the East line of Runway Number Two as shown on plat of Municipal Airport Subdivision of record in Volume 163, Page 160 of the Hays County Deed Records. THENCE with the East line of said Runway Number Two approximately 45 feet to a point on the Southwest line of a 20 foot road easement on the most Northeasterly side of 4.83 acre tract shown on plat of Hunicipal Airport {)¡:i:¡rIAI ~.._..
