<br /> This instrument is made in consideration for the conveyance of an easement
<br /> from W. C. CARSON, TRUSTEE, to said City as evidenced and recorded at Volume
<br /> 273, Page 492, Hays County Deed Records. This instrument shall be construed as
<br /> conveying an easement to W. C. CARSON, TRUSTEE, for ingress and egress purposes
<br /> and fee title is reserved by Grantor, its successors and assigns, subject to
<br /> such easement.
<br /> TO HAVE AND TO HOLD THE Sfu~E, together with all and singular, the rights
<br /> and appurtenances thereto in anywise belonging to W. C. CARSON, TRUSTEE, his
<br /> successors and assigns forever, and the CITY OF SAN ~~RCOS hereby binds itself,
<br /> its successors and assigns, against every person whomsoever lawfully claiming
<br /> or to claim the same, or any part thereof.
<br /> This easement deed is made in place of and to correct that easement deed
<br /> from Grantor to Grantee, dated January 23rd, 1975, recorded in Volume 2ì3, Page
<br /> 605-608 of the Deed Records of Hays County, Texas. By mistake that easement
<br /> deed incorrectly described the property in Tracts A, B, D and E. This
<br /> correction easement deed is made by Grantor and accepted by Grantee to correct
<br /> that mistake, is effective on January 23rd, 1975, and in all other respects
<br /> confirms the former easement deed.
<br /> Grantee joins in the execution hereof to acknowledge his acceptance and
