<br /> negotiations, representations or agreements, either written or oral. <br /> This Agreement may be amended only by written instrument signed by both <br /> CITY and CONSULTANT. <br /> ARTICLE 12 <br /> BASIS OF COIIPENSATIOH <br /> 12.1 The CITY shall compensate the CONSULTANT for the Scope of <br /> Services provided in accordance with Article 5, Payments to the <br /> Consultant, and the other terms and conditions of the Agreement, as <br /> follows: <br /> The total basic fee paid to CONSULTANT shall not exceed <br /> $37,400.00. <br /> ARTICLE 13 <br /> DELIVERY AND FEES <br /> 13.1 CONSULTANT shall submit to the CITY a complete set of <br /> preliminary reports as described in Subparagraph 2.6.2, no later than <br /> 80 days from the execution date of this Agreement. The CITY shall make <br /> any necessary revisions and return to the CONSULTANT. <br /> 13.2 The CONSULTANT shall have 30 days from the receipt of the <br /> revised preliminary reports to complete all revisions and return to the <br /> CITY in final form. <br /> 13.3 The CONSULTANT shall complete and deliver the final reports <br /> as described in Subparagraph 2.7.1, the property manual, computer tapes <br /> and the bar code reader within 110 days from the execution date of this <br /> Agreement. <br /> 13.4 BASIC COIIPEHSATIOH <br /> 13.4.1 For Basic Services, as described in Paragraphs 2.2 through <br /> 2.8, Basic Compensation shall be computed as follows: <br /> Phase I Physical Inventory <br /> Tagging 33% of total <br /> basic fee <br /> Phase II Costing Valuation <br /> Submission of Preliminary <br /> Reports 33% of total <br /> basic fee <br /> Phase III Submission of Final Reports <br /> Provision of Computer Tapes, <br /> Property Control Manual and remainder of total <br /> Bar Code Reader basic fee <br />
