<br /> 51 <br /> LICENSE AGREEMENT <br />STATE OF TEXAS <br />CITY OF HAYS <br /> This Agreement is between the City of San Marcos, Texas, <br />("Ci ty") a municipal corportion, and the Greater San Marcos Little <br />League, Inc., a non-profit corporation ("League"). <br /> (1) In consideration of the construction and operation by the <br />League of a baseball/softball complex, including five fields, <br />concession stand, restrooms, board room, storage facility, <br />scoreboards, fencing, lights, dugouts, scorekeeping stands, and <br />bleachers (the "Complex") at Ramon Lucio Park, City of San Marcos, <br />Hays County, Texas, City grants a license for use of the complex to <br />the League for baseball/softball games played under the supervision <br />of the League. <br /> (2) The League will have exclusive use of the concession <br />stand, restrooms, board room and storage facility year round and <br />may allow use of these buildings by other programs with the <br /> . <br />League's permission. The license period for the remainder of the <br />Complex shall be from January 1 through August 15. The League may <br />use the entire Complex for the remainder of each year for a Fall <br />baseball/softball program. The League shall provide written notice <br />of its intent to conduct a Fall program to the City Parks and <br />Recreation Director not later than August 1 of each year the <br />program is to occur. <br /> (3) The term of this license shall be for a period of six <br />months.
