<br />to Jonh T. Cox and wife by deed dated April 28, 1951, recorded in Volume
<br />9, Page 559, Hays County Deed Records, and which 11 15Lf acres may be
<br />re particularly described as lows:

<br />Beginning at an iron pipe that marks the most Northerly corner of the First
<br />American Lutheran Church property, and the most sterly corner of the herein
<br />described property, said iron pipe also bears N 450-48'-35" VI, a distance of
<br />77:5 w I from an iron pipe set in the Northwest street line of Holland Street,
<br />which iron pipe is also the most Easterly corner of the American Lutheran
<br />Cuurch tract;
