Adcock et al by Adwick, Inc. for the North corner of this tractj THENCE S. 460 02' E. with the SW line of Scott Street, 30.00 feet to an iron pin set for the East corner of this tract; THENCE S. 430 58' W. 119.50 feet to an iron pin set on the SW line of Lot 9 and the NE line of an alley for the South corner of this tract; THENCE N. 460 12' W. with the NE line of the said alley, 32.64 feet to an iron pin found in the West corner of the said Adcock tract for the West corner of this tract; THENCE N. 450 14' E. 119.63 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING SECTION 2. That this Ordinance shall be in effect ten (10) days from and after its passage and after it has been subject to reconsideration by the Council at its next regular meeting following its passage, and providing that the Council did not vote to reconsider it. If reconsidered on April 13, 1992 it shall be in effect ten days from and after its passage on that date if approved. It shall not go into effect if denied. If not reconsidered and approved it shall be published in a newspaper of general circulation in the area as required by the Charter of the City of San Marcos, Texas.
