<br />87 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 1992-39R <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of San Marcos, Texas <br /> <br />desires to receive bids for the purchase of its $1,050,000 City of <br /> <br />San Marcos, Texas Waterworks and Sewer System Revenue Bonds, New <br /> <br />Series 1992; and its $2,895,000 City of San Marcos, Texas General <br /> <br />Obligation Bonds, Series 1992j and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, First Southwest Company, Dallas, Texas, has been <br /> <br />authorized and requested to prepare Notices of Sale and Bidding <br /> <br />Instructions, Official Bid Forms and Official Statements containing <br /> <br />financial, economic and other data necessary and desirable to <br /> <br />attract bids for said bondsj <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE I BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF SAN <br /> <br />MARCOS, TEXAS: <br /> <br />That the attached Notices of Sale and Bidding Instructions, <br /> <br />Official Bid Forms and Official statements relative to the City of <br /> <br />San Marcos, Texas $1,050,000 Waterworks and Sewer System Revenue <br /> <br />Bonds, New Series 1992 and $2,895,000 General Obligation Bonds <br /> <br />Series 1992, are hereby approved, both as to form and content, and <br /> <br />said First Southwest Company is authorized to distribute said <br /> <br />Official Statements to purchasers of the bonds. <br /> <br />PASSED AND APPROVED this the 23rd day of <br /> <br />March <br /> <br />1992, by the City Council of San Marcos, Texas, convened in <br /> <br />Reqular <br /> <br />session <br /> <br />with a lawful ~ <br /> <br /> <br />ayor <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />t%T ',ST: <br />/ ') <br />", ! v.:v <br />!// City Sec <br /> <br /> <br />J <br />
