<br /> 127 <br /> RESOLUTION 1992- 51 R <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br /> MARCOS, TEXAS, APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS <br /> OF SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT NO. 3 BETWEEN THE CITY <br /> AND MAINTENANCE MANAGEMENT TO ADD THE NEW POLICE <br /> HEADQUARTERS BUILDING AND TO DELETE THE <br /> COMMUNICATIONS CENTER AT THE NEW POLICE <br /> HEADQUARTERS BUILDING; AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER <br /> TO EXECUTE THE AGREEMENT ON BEHALF OF THE CITY AND <br /> DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> WHEREAS, on February 28, 1991 the City of San <br /> Marcos ("City") entered into a contract with Maintenance <br /> Management ("Contractor") for janitorial services; and, <br /> WHEREAS, on November 5, 1991, the Communications <br /> Center at the New Police Headquarters Building was added to <br /> the list of City facilities requiring janitorial maintenance; <br /> and, <br /> WHEREAS, the New Police Headquarters is completed <br /> and the City and Contractor wish to add the entire building <br /> to the above referenced list; now, therefore, <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> SAN MARCOS, TEXAS: <br /> PART 1. That the terms and conditions of <br /> Supplemental Agreement No. 3 between the City of San Marcos <br /> and Maintenance Management, a copy of which is attached <br /> hereto and incorporated herein for all intents and purposes, <br /> are hereby approved. <br /> PART 2. That the City Manager, Larry D. Gilley, be <br /> and he is hereby authorized to execute the agreement on <br /> behalf of the City. <br /> PART 3.
