<br />-7- <br /> <br />value appraisal estimate will be the accepted <br />reimbursement. The City will also reimburse <br />the League for any costs incurred due to <br />dismantling and moving those structures and <br />improvements considered as being reasonably <br />able to be relocated. <br /> <br />(10) The League may operate a concession service for the <br />sale of food, drinks and souvenirs in the Complex. <br />Alcoholic beverages shall not be sold at the <br />concession. All profits from the concession shall <br />be used for the operation of the League's program <br />and the construction and maintenance of the <br />Complex, and for no other purpose. <br /> <br />(11) The League shall not assign any rights or <br />responsibilities under this Agreement without first <br />receiving written approval of the City. <br /> <br />Votes for Proposition No. 18: 1,262 <br />Votes against Proposition No. 18: 401 <br /> <br /> <br />SECTION 4. That the amendments to the City Charter referenced <br />in Propositions Nos. One and Three 'l'hrouqh Seventeen Inclusive <br />having passed, such amendments shall take effect from and after the <br />effective date of this ordinance, and the city Council ànd all <br />persons shall act in conformity with these sections as amended. <br /> <br />SECTION 5.
