<br /> BEGINNING at the intersection of the East line of County Road No.
<br /> 226, wi th the arc of a curve on the North line of Ranch Road No.
<br /> l2, for a corner of the tract herein described, same being on the
<br /> West line of the existing City Limits of the City of San Marcos,
<br /> and being at Engineer's Centerline Station 662 + 4l.9:
<br /> THEN:CE, leaving the said County Road No. 226, with the said
<br /> existing City Limits of the City of San Marcos, S 07 43' W, at 50
<br /> feet passing the centerline of said Ranch Road No. 12, and
<br /> continuing on, in all, lOO.OO feet to the arc of a curve on the
<br /> South line of the said Ranch Road No. l2, same being a corner of
<br /> the said existing City Limits of the City of San Marcos, for a
<br /> r;-entrant corner of the tract herein described: same being on
<br /> the North line of that 3.864 acre tract Save and Excepted from a
<br /> 7.45 acre tract in a conveyance of a 3.6, more or less, acre
<br /> tract, to Carroll Walker by Lucille Avey Schlameus, et al, by

<br /> THENCE, with the arc of the said curve to the right, thß South
<br /> line of the said Ranch Road No. l2, a South line of the said
<br /> existing City Limits of the City of San Marcos, at about 79.6
<br /> feet along the arc of the said curve passing the Northeast corner
<br /> of the said Schlameus 3.864 acre tract, the Northwest corner of
<br /> the said Walker 3.6, more or less, acre tract, and continuing on,
<br /> in all, 257.62 feet along the arc of the said curve, having a
<br /> radius of 2,242.11 feet and a sub-chord which bears, S 79 00' E,
<br /> 257.35 feet, more or less, to the Northeast corner of the said
