AR~ICLE 4 REDmURSART.F. EXPOSES 4.1 Reimbursable expenses are to be charged to the CITY by the CONSULTANT at actual cost and shall include such things as expenses for transportation, equipment, travel, communications, subsistence and lodging away from home, reproduction, printing and binding of contract documents and similar incidentals. AR~ICLE 5 PAYIIER"l'S 'TO ".rIlE CORSUL~AIft' 5.1 PAYImlRS Oil ACCOUllT OF BASIC SERVICES 5.1.1 Payments for Basic Services shall be made to CONSULTANT monthly following receipt by CITY of CONSULTANT's invoice therefor. The amounts of these invoices shall be based upon the extent of work in each phase in progress completed by the CONSULTANT on a percentage basis, provided, that payments for each phase of work in progress shall not exceed the compensation amount specified for that phase in Paragraph 13.1 less any disputed amounts, pending resolution thereof. 5.2 PAYJIEII'rS Oil ACCOmr.r OF ADDItiOBAL SERVICES 5.2.1 Payments on account of the CONSULTANT's Additional Services as defined in Paragraph 1.6 shall be made monthly upon presentation of the CONSULTANT's statement of services rendered or expenses incurred, less any disputed amounts, pending resolution thereof. S RECORDS 6.1 All expense records of CONSULTANT shall be kept on a recognized accounting basis acceptable to the CITY and shall be available to the CITY or the CITY's authorized representative at mutually convenient times. 6.2 The CITY, the FAA, the Comptroller General of the United States shall have access to any books, documents, papers and records of the CONSULTANT's which are directly pertinent to this Project for the purpose of making audit, examination, copying and transcriptions.
