<br /> 73 <br /> RESOLUTION 1992- 70 R <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br /> MARCOS, TEXAS, APPROVING THE SOLE SOURCE <br /> PROCUREMENT OF COMPUTER SOFTWARE FOR USE WITH THE <br /> INTERGRAPH COMPUTER SYSTEM: AUTHORIZING THE CITY <br /> MANAGER TO EXECUTE THE REQUISITION ON BEHALF OF THE <br /> CITY: AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> WHEREAS, on March 23, 1992 the City Counc il <br /> approved the purchase 0 f the Intergraph design and drafting <br /> automation system for the City Department of Environment and <br /> Engineering: and <br /> WHEREAS, Microstation PC v.4.Ø software is required <br /> in order to utilize the Intergraph System: and, <br /> WHEREAS, the functional requirements to be <br /> performed by this so ft war e cannot be satisfied through the <br /> use of any other software: and, <br /> vVHEREAS, this so ft war e is only available through <br /> authorized Microstation dealers: now, therefore, <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> SAN MARCOS, TEXAS: <br /> PART 1. That the sole source procurement of <br /> Microstation PC v.4.Ø software from E&E CADD Plus for use <br /> with the Intergraph design and drafting automation system in <br /> the amount of $8,775.ØØ is approved. <br /> PART 2. Authorizing the City Manager, Larry D. <br /> Gilley, to execute the purchase requisition on behalf of the <br /> City. <br /> PART 3.
