<br /> The total basic fee to be paid to ENGINEER for services under <br /> Paragraphs 1.2 through 1.5 shall be $460,600.00. <br /> The total basic fee to be paid to ENGINEER for services under <br /> Paragraph 1.6 and for related reimbursable expenses shall not exceed <br /> $150,000.00 without approval by the City Council of the CITY, and shall <br /> be paid on the basis of the hourly rates described in Paragraph 11.2. <br /> Reimbursable expenses to be paid to the ENGINEER in connection <br /> with services described in Paragraphs 1.2 through 1.5 shall not exceed <br /> $34,300.00. <br /> 11.1 BASIC COHPERSATIOH <br /> For Basic Services, as described in Paragraphs 1.2 through <br /> 1. 5, Basic Compensation shall be computed as follows: <br /> 1.2 Coordination and General Services $ 36,500.00 <br /> 1.3 Surface Water Supply Alternatives <br /> and Demand Projections $312,700.00 <br /> 1.4 Water Distribution System Integration $ 29,000.00 <br /> 1.5 Site Selection/Preliminary Plant Design $ 82,400.00 <br /> 11.2 COKPEBSA"rIOH FOR ADDI"rIODL SERVICES <br /> For ENGINEER's Additional Services, as described in Paragraph 1.7, <br /> Compensation shall be computed on the basis of ENGINEER's Salary Costs <br /> times a factor of 2.5. Salary Cost is defined as the salaries and <br /> wages paid to all ENGINEER's personnel engaged directly on the Project; <br /> plus the cost of customary and statutory benefits including, but not <br /> limited to social security contributions, unemployment, excise and <br /> payroll taxes, workers' compensation, health and retirement benefits, <br /> sick leave, vacation and holiday pay and other group benefits.
