<br /> Page 5 <br /> Letter Agreement <br /> Workability <br /> It is agreed by both parties that in the event additional <br /> cities participate in the training (Phase I) the City's costs <br /> will decrease as follows: <br /> 41= of Cities Costs/City <br /> <br /> 1 $2,700.00 <br /> 2 1,800.00 <br /> 3 1,600.00 <br /> 4 1,400.00 <br /> 5-6 1,200.00 <br /> 7-9 1,000.00 <br /> 10-11 900.00 <br /> Compensation to be paid to Consultant in accordance with <br /> Phase II - Site Surveys shall be Two Thousand, Eight Hundred <br /> Dollars ($2,800.00). <br /> Professional Services on Site $1,800.00 <br /> Professional Report 600.00 <br /> Expenses-Hotel, meals, rental car <br /> and photos (air fare covered in <br /> Phase I) 400.00 <br /> <br /> Total Phase II: $2,800.00 <br /> Total Compensation to be paid to Consultant shall not exceed <br /> Five Thousand, Five Hundred Dollars and No Cents ($5,500.00) <br /> without prior written approval by the City. <br /> The Consultant guarantees that all services shall be provided <br /> in strict accordance with all federal guidelines/ <br /> This agreement, to allow for practical flexibility, may be <br /> amended by verbal agreement to the extent that neither the <br /> cost nor major substantive issues defining the scope of <br /> effort are affected. All substantive changes must be made in <br /> writing and signed by both the City and the Consultant. <br /> This agreement shall take effect immediately upon execution <br /> by both parties hereof and shall inure to the benefit of and <br /> be binding upon the successors and assigns of the parties <br /> hereto. <br /> Please indicate your acceptance of this agreement by <br /> counter-signing below. <br />
