<br /> 90 <br /> RESOLUTION 1992 - 76 R <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS APPROVING THE TERMS AND <br /> CONDITIONS OF AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY <br /> AND THE TEXAS WATER COMMISSION FOR <br /> PARTICIPATION IN THE STATE-LEAD PROGRAM FOR <br /> PETROLEUM STORAGE TANK INVESTIGATION AND <br /> REMEDIATION: AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO <br /> EXECUTE THE AGREEMENT ON BEHALF OF THE CITY: <br /> AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> WHEREAS, the Cìty wìshes to partìcìpate in the State-lead <br /> Program for Petroleum Storage Tank Investìgation and Remediation <br /> conducted by the Texas Water Commìssìon with regard to the City's <br /> LPST #9268Ø: now, therefore <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br /> TEXAS: <br /> PART 1. That the terms and conditions of the Agreement <br /> attached to thìs Resolutìon between the Cìty and the Texas Water <br /> Commìssìon for participation by the Cìty ìn the State-lead Program <br /> regardìng the Cìty's LPST #9268Ø are hereby approved. <br /> PART 2. That the Cìty Manager, Larry D. Gì11ey ìs hereby <br /> authorìzed to execute thìs Agreement and related documents on <br /> behalf of the Cìty. <br /> PART 3.
