<br /> Access Agreement <br /> Page 4 <br /> ARTICLE 9. MISCELLANEOUS <br /> (a) The term of this Access Agreement and Release shall continue <br /> during all corrective action activities and during any site post- <br /> closure operations and maintenance activities which the TWC <br /> considers necessary. Either the TWC or the RP may terminate this <br /> Agreement upon 90 days advance written notice to the other party. <br /> (b) The RP agrees to inform the TWC in writing prior to conveying <br /> the property during the term of this access agreement and release. <br /> If such property is conveyed, the RP agrees to provide the TWC with <br /> the name and address of the new property owner. Conveyance of the <br /> property does not necessarily relieve the RP of its obligations <br /> under this access agreement and release. <br /> (c) The TWC agrees to inform the RP in writing of the name and <br /> address of the Consultant and the Contractor assigned by TWC to the <br /> RP's site. <br /> ARTICLE 10.
