Kreczmer asked that the cost <br /> benefit analysis be provided on the annexations before the Council, <br /> and he was advised they would be provided at second reading December <br /> l2, 1983. Ken Kraus advised the Council it was his intention to <br /> put a PUD development on the property, which would use approximately <br /> half the capacity of the utility lines to that area. The City Attorne~ <br /> was advised to review the agreement the City has with the Baptist Aca- <br /> demy regarding the utility lines. Chapman advised Mr. Iv1izelle <br /> was in coĊ“munication with the attorneys representing Breihan and <br /> Cipple, and that Mr. Chapman had no problem with Mr. Mizelle proceed- <br /> ing with the closing of the airport. Mr. Chapman is to communicate <br /> with Mr. Iv1izel1e a deadline to proceed with the closing. The Council <br /> voted unanimous adoption of the Ordinance. <br />
