Consent Agenda <br />8. Consider approval of the following: April 12, 2013, Packet Meeting Workshop Minutes <br />April 16, 2013, Regular Meeting Minutes <br />9. Consider approval of Ordinance 2013 -25, on the second of two readings, the City's 2012- <br />2013 Fiscal Year Budget to convert a part -time Main Street Program Assistant position <br />to a full -time position; and providing an effective date. <br />lO.Consider approval of Resolution 2013 -61R, approving the terms and conditions of an <br />interlocal agreement with the San Marcos Consolidated Independent School District <br />and Hays County for joint participation in an on -line bidding system; authorizing the <br />City Manager or his designee to execute this agreement on behalf of the City; and <br />declaring an effective date. <br />I LConsider approval of Resolution 2013 -62R, approving the submission of a grant <br />application by the San Marcos Police Department to the Office of the Texas Attorney <br />Generals Crime Victims Services Division to secure partial funding of the Victims <br />Services Coordinator position for FY2014 -2015; authorizing the City Manager or his <br />designee to act on the City's behalf with regard to the submission of this grant and all <br />other matters related to the grant and declaring an effective date. <br />12.Consider approval of Resolution 2013 -63R, approving the terms and conditions of an <br />interlocal agreement with the San Antonio Water System to allow for the City's <br />participation. in a cooperative purchasing arrangement; authorizing the City Manager <br />or his designee to execute this agreement on behalf of the City; and declaring an <br />effective date. <br />13.Consider approval of Resolution 2013 -64R, approving the award of a contract to Wachs <br />Water Services for the purchase of a water valve assessment, improvement and asset <br />information program for the Public Services Department- Water/Wastewater Division in <br />the amount of $123,517.50 through an interlocal purchasing agreement with the San <br />Antonio Water System; authorizing the Purchasing Manager to execute the appropriate <br />purchasing documents on behalf of the City and declaring an effective date. <br />14.Consider approval of Resolution 2013 -65R, rejecting the bid submitted for the purchase <br />of weather based irrigation controls (IFB 213 -108) for the Community Services <br />Department - Facility Management Division; and declaring an effective date. <br />15.Consider approval of Resolution 2013 -66R, approving the purchase of a Wastewater <br />Treatment Plant replacement blower from APG-Neuros, Inc. for the Community <br />Services Department - Facility Management Division in the amount of $303,000.00; <br />authorizing the Purchasing Manager to execute the appropriate purchasing documents <br />on behalf of the City and declaring an effective date. <br />16.Consider approval of Resolution 2013 -67R, approving a local project advance funding <br />
