Consent Agenda 8. Consider approval of the following: April 12, 2013, Packet Meeting Workshop Minutes April 16, 2013, Regular Meeting Minutes 9. Consider approval of Ordinance 2013 -25, on the second of two readings, the City's 2012- 2013 Fiscal Year Budget to convert a part -time Main Street Program Assistant position to a full -time position; and providing an effective date. lO.Consider approval of Resolution 2013 -61R, approving the terms and conditions of an interlocal agreement with the San Marcos Consolidated Independent School District and Hays County for joint participation in an on -line bidding system; authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute this agreement on behalf of the City; and declaring an effective date.
