MOTION: Upon a motion made by Council Member Prather and a second by Council Member <br />Becak, the City Council voted seven (7) for and none (0) opposed, to approve the re- appointment <br />of Kristy Stark and Council Member Shane Scott, and the appointment of Laurie Moyer all to a <br />one year term on the TIRZ #4 — Paso Robles Board of Directors. The motion carried <br />unanimously. <br />24.Receive a Staff presentation, discuss City Council Subcommittee's recommendation for <br />funding of projects within the proposed Gaslamp Public Improvement District, and <br />provide direction to Staff. <br />MOTION: Upon a motion made by Council Member Scott and a second by Council Member <br />Prather, the City Council voted seven (7) for and none (0) opposed, to table this item due to <br />technical difficulties. The motion carried unanimously. <br />MOTION: Upon a motion made by Council Member Thomaides and a second by Council <br />Member Prather, the City Council voted (7) for and none (0) opposed, to remove from the table. <br />The motion carried unanimously. <br />Matthew Lewis, Director of Development Services, provided a Staff presentation. Following <br />discussion, the Council reached consensus to have the staff and subcommittee continue to <br />negotiate with the developer on the PID request, to move forward with the subcommittee's <br />funding recommendation, and to not remand the items to the Planning and Zoning Commission <br />for consideration prior to action on the PID. <br />25.1teceive a Staff presentation on the scheduling and status of the CIP Program, and give <br />direction to Staff. <br />Laurie Moyer, Director of Engineering, provided a brief presentation regarding the CIP program. <br />Council direction was to provide them with `cheat cards' of the projects. <br />26.Question and Answer Session with Press and Public <br />None. <br />27.Adiournment <br />MOTION: Upon a motion made by Council Member Becak and a second by Council Member <br />Scott, the City Council voted seven (7) for and none (0) opposed, to adjourn the regular meeting <br />of the San Marcos City Council at 10:00 p.m. on May 7, 2013.
