That all ordinances or parts of ordinances . <br /> 1n <br />conflict with this ordinance, including but not limited to Section <br />2 of Ordinance 1991-53, are hereby repealed. <br /> SECTION 4. That any person who violates any provision of <br />this ordinance shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon <br />conviction shall be subject to the penalty prescribed in Section <br />1-5 of the San Marcos Code of Ordinances. <br /> SECTION 5.
