<br /> N 141 <br /> t'r <br /> <r'" <br /> - <br /> .... <br /> RESOLUTION 1992- 88R <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS, AMENDING THE FUTURE LAND <br /> USE MAP OF THE MASTER PLAN OF THE CITY, FROM <br /> PUBLIC TO LOW DENSITY RESIDENTIAL FOR PROPERTY <br /> LOCATED AT 100 RIVERSIDE DRIVE AND DECLARING <br /> AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> WHEREAS, on Februry 18, 1992, the Joint Planning and Zoning <br /> Commissions of the City of San Marcos held a public hearing <br /> regarding a request to amend the Future Land Use Map of the Master <br /> Plan from Public to Low Density Residential for property located at <br /> 100 Riverside Drive; and, <br /> WHEREAS, subsequent to the public hearing on that date, the <br /> Commissions did, on February 18, 1992 consider the request and <br /> voted to approve it and have recommended that the request be <br /> approved by the City Council of the City; and, <br /> WHEREAS, the City council held a public hearing on the lOt~ay <br /> of August , 1992, regarding the request; and, <br /> WHEREAS, all requirements of the Master Plan pertaining to <br /> amendments have been met; and, <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council hereby finds and determines that the <br /> adoption of the following resolution is in the interest of the <br /> public, health, morals, welfare and safety; now, therefore, <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br /> TEXAS: <br /> PART 1. That a parcel of land more particularly described in <br /> Exhibit "A" which is attached hereto and incorporated herein for <br /> all purposes, located at 100 Riverside Drive, San Marcos, Hays <br /> County, Texas, which is in an area shown on the Future Land use <br /> Plan Map of the Master Plan of the City of San Marcos as Public <br /> shall be shown on that map as Low Density Residential. <br /> PART 2.
