Page 3 with any provision herein or exhibit attached hereto, LCRA shall have the right upon thirty (30) days I written notice to Customer to refuse to furnish any or all Technical Services Programs involved hereunder until Customer has made such' payment. ARTICLE IV. TEMPORARY TERMINATION LCRA agrees to maintain said staff to adequately perform the services covered by this Agreement during the time this Agreement is in force and effect; provided, however, that shouìd any services provided hereunder impair LCRAls operations as a system, the services contemplated under this Agreement may be temporarily discontinued by LCRA for said temporary termination pending the elimination of such impairment. ARTICLE V. RETAINER SCHEDULES Each Technical Services Program described in an executed Program Agreement made a part hereof shall have its own Retainer Schedule or charge reimbursements covenants sháll be due and payable to LCRA by Customer on the 1st day of each and every month that this Agreement is in force and effect. ARTICLE VI. CHANGES IN RETAINER SCHEDULE LCRA may find it desirable and/or necessary to change the RetainerSchedule provided for in any Exhibit attached hereto and made a part of this Agreement. In the event one or more such changes in Retainer Schedules are made, LCRA shall notify Customer in writing on or before October 1 of any contract year as to the changed Retainer Schedule that will become effective on January 1 of the year following the notification. ARTICLE VII. FISCAL POLICY The riscaì Poìicy as determined by LCRA is the poìicy by which payment will be made by the Customer for the Technical Servicesrendered under this Agreement. The Fiscal Policy is attached hereto as Exhibit A and is adopted herein. LCRA may need to amend the Fiscal Policy from time to time;
