<br /> <br />~ <br />~ <br />-- <br /> <br /> <br />15 <br /> <br />0' <br />~ <br />CD <br />a <br /> <br />ORDINANCE 1992- 66 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />SAN MARCOS, TEXAS, AMENDING EXHIBITS A AND B TO <br />SECTIONS 30-27 AND 30-35, RESPECTIVELY, OF THE <br />SAN MARCOS CODE OF ORDINANCES TO INCREASE THE <br />CHARGES TO BE PAID BY ALL PERSONS OWNING OR <br />OCCUPYING PREMISES WHICH ARE CONNECTED WITH THE <br />CITY WATER SYSTEM, AND TO INCREASE THE RATES FOR <br />SERVICES TO USERS OF THE CITY SANITARY SEWAGE <br />SYSTEM, AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br />TEXAS: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. That Exhibit A to Section 30-27 of the Code of <br />Ordinances, City of San Marcos, Texas, is hereby amended as shown <br />thereon, and the same is attached hereto and made a part hereof for <br />all purposes. <br /> <br />SECTION 2. That Exhibit B to Section 30-35 of the Code of <br />Ordinances, City of San Marcos, Texas, is hereby amended as shown <br />thereon, and the same is attached hereto and made a part hereof for <br />all purposes. <br /> <br />SECTION 3.
