Nagy <br /> <br />Re: Extension of Uniform Services Contract <br /> <br />Dear Mr. Nagy: <br /> <br />Please consider this letter an agreement between the City of <br />San Marcos ("City") and Aratex Services, Inc. ("Contractor") <br />to extend the current Uniform Services Contract, for an <br />additional period of one year, as provided in the original <br />contract effective November 1, 1991. The renewal period <br />shall be from November 1, 1992 to October 31, 1993. <br /> <br />Both parties agree that these services shall continue at no <br />additional cost for the entire extension period. <br /> <br />All remaining terms and conditions of the original contract <br />shall remain in full force and effect for the duration of <br />this agreement. <br /> <br />Please indicate your acceptance of this agreement by <br />counter-signing below. <br /> <br />City of San Marcos <br /> <br />( 1.
