<br />TEXAS TRAFFIC SAFETY PROGRAM AGREEMENT <br /> <br />The Subgrantee shall require any party to a subcontract or purchase order awarded under this <br />agreement to certify its eligibility to receive federal grant funds, and, when requested by the <br />Department, to furnish a copy of the certification. <br /> <br />G22. Signatory Warranty <br /> <br />The undersigned signatory for the Subgrantee hereby represents and warrants that she/he is an <br />officer of the organization for which she/he has executed this agreement and that she/he has ful <br />and complete authority to enter into this agreement on behalf of the organization. <br /> <br />G23.
