<br /> 94 <br /> RESOLUTION 1992- 128 R <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br /> MARCOS, TEXAS, APPROVING FINAL PAYMENT TO R.P. <br /> CONSTRUCTORS, INC. FOR COHPLETION OF THE SPRING <br /> LAKE PUMP STATION IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT; ACCEPTING <br /> THE PROJECT FOR USE BY THE CITY; AUTHORIZING FINAL <br /> PAYMENT IN THE AMOUNT OF $12;389.38; AND DECLARING <br /> AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> WHEREAS; the City of San Marcos has engaged the <br />services of R.P. Constructors, Inc. for completion of the <br />Spring Lake Pump Station Improvements Project; and, <br /> WHEREAS, these services were provided pursuant to a <br />contract between the City and the contractor~ executed on May <br />5, 1992; now, therefore, <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />SA-1\ " MARCOS, TEXAS: <br /> PART 1. That the project known as the Spring Lake <br />Pump Station Improvements Project has been completed pursuant <br />to that contract of May 5, 1992, between the City and R.P. <br />Constructors, Inc. and is hereby accepted for use by the City <br />of San Marcos, Texas. <br /> ~ <br /> PART 2. That payment in the amount of $12,389.38 to <br />R. P. Constructors, Inc. in full and final payment for these <br />services is hereby authorized. <br /> PART 3.
