4.7 Entire Agreement: This Agreement represents the entire agreement between the <br />parties with respect to the subject matter covered by this Agreement. There is no other <br />collateral, oral or written agreement between the parties that in any manner relates to the <br />subject matter of this Agreement. <br />4.8 Interpretation: The parties acknowledge and confirm that this Agreement has been <br />entered into pursuant to the authority granted under the Act. All terms and conditions are to <br />be construed and interpreted consistently with the Act. The recitals to this Agreement are <br />incorporated herein. <br />4.9 Counterparts: This Agreement may be executed in any number of counterparts, each of <br />which will be deemed an original and constitute one and the same instrument. <br />4.10 Public Information Act: The parties understand that the City is governed by the Texas <br />Public Information Act, Chapter 552 of the Texas Government Code. This Agreement and all <br />written information generated under this Agreement may be subject to release under the Act. <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have caused this Agreement to be accepted <br />on the day and year first above written.
