PART 3. In the event the adjusted amounts are calculated prior to or during the 30 -day <br />citizen comment period, the final 2013 Action Plan will include the adjusted funding amounts. <br />PART 4. The City Manager, or his designee, is designated as the official representative <br />of the City and is authorized to act in all matters related to the CDBG program and submission of <br />the Action Plan, amendments to the Action Plan, all understandings and assurances contained in <br />the Action Plan and to provide additional information as required on behalf of the City. <br />PART 5.
