PARTIES TO CONTRACT <br /> This contract and agreement is made and entered into by and <br />between the County of Hays, hereinafter referred to as "County" and <br /> Ci t:~(. of San-' Mär'cos' ".. . - . . , hereinafter referred <br />to as IIContractorlf. The parties hereto have severally and <br />collectively agreed and by execution hereof are bound to the mutual <br />obligations and to the performances and accomplishment of the tasks <br />hereinafter described. <br />SECTION II. CONTRACTOR PERFORMANCE <br /> Contractor is to continue its operation of the San Marcos <br /> Public Library and make library services available to <br /> residents of Hays County. <br /> <br /> " <br />SECTION III. CONTRACT PERIOD <br /> The period for performance of this contract shall commence <br />October 1, 1992 and shall terminate September 30,1993. <br />SECTION IV. COUNTY OBLIGATION <br /> Notwithstanding any other provision of this contract, the total <br />payment of all payments and other obligations made or incurred by <br />the County hereunder shall not exceed the sum of $22.800.00 . <br /> <br />SECTION V. REPORTS <br /> Contractor shall submit to the County Administrator on the <br />following days during the contract period on a county-provided <br />report form the performance rendered by Contractor under this <br />contract. <br /> January 1, 1993 <br /> April 1, 1993 <br /> July 1, 1993 <br /> October 1, 1993 <br />
