<br /> 120 <br /> RESOLUTION 1992 - 136 R <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> OF SAN MARCOS; TEXAS APPOINTING TERRY EWALD <br /> AND MARK BRINKLEY AS ASSISTANT CITY <br /> SECRETARIES FOR PURPOSES OF VITAL STATISTICS <br /> RECORDS ADMINISTRATION, AND DECLi\RING AN <br /> EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> WHEREAS, Section 191.Ø22 of the Texas Health and Safety Code <br />designates the City Secretary as the local registrar of births and <br />deaths of persons occurring within the City, and, <br /> WHEREAS, a need exists for tne appointment by the City <br />Council of Assistant City Secretaries to serve as deputy local <br />registrars for purposes of vital statistics records <br />administration, now therefore, <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br />TEXAS: <br /> PART 1. That Terry Ewald and Mark Brinkley are hereby <br />appointed as Assistant City Secretaries to serve as deputy local <br />registrars for purposes of vital statistics records <br />administration. <br /> PART 2.
