<br /> 122 <br /> RESOLUTION 1992- 138 R <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br /> MARCOS, TEXAS, APPROVING FINAL PAYMENT TO Mfu'ffi I X <br /> CONSTRUCTION COMPANY FOR THE DEMOLITION OF <br /> BUILDINGS LOCATED AT THE SAN MARCOS MUNICIPAL <br /> AIRPORT¡ ACCEPTING THE PROJECT AS COMPLETE; <br /> AUTHORIZING FINAL PAYMENT IN THE AL'10UNT OF <br /> $41,764.ØØ¡ AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> WHEREAS~ the City of San Marcos has engaged the <br />services of Mannix Construction Company for demolition of <br />buildings at the San Marcos Municipal Airport¡ and~ <br /> WrlEREAS, these services were provided pursuant to a <br />contract between the City and the contractor, exec uted on <br />August 4, 1992¡ now, therefore, <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />SAN MARCOS, TEXAS: <br /> PART 1. That the project known as the Demolition <br />of Buildings at the San Marcos Municipal Airport, has been <br />completed pursuant to that contract of August 4, 1992, <br />between the City and Mannix Construction ~ompany and is <br />hereby accepted by the City of San Marcos, Texas. <br /> PART 2. That payment in the amount of $41,764.ØØ to <br />Mannix Construction Company in full and final payment for <br />these services is hereby authorized. <br /> PART 3.
