Certificates of Insurance <br /> shall be filed with Lessor annually and are subject to Lessor's <br /> approval. <br /> B. All insurance required under this section shall be written <br /> with the Lessor as an additional insured. In any event, Lessee <br /> is fully responsible for all losses arising o~ut of, resulting <br /> from or connected with operations under this Lease whether or <br /> not said losses are covered by insurance. The Lessor's <br /> acceptance of Certificates of Insurance that in any respect do <br /> not comply with the Lease requirements does not release Lessee <br /> ~ <br /> from compliance herewith. <br /> , <br /> c. All insurance required under this section shall be primary <br /> over any other insurance coverage the Lessor may have. <br /> 8.2 Casualty Coverage: <br /> <br /> Lessee shall maintain in full force and effect during the term <br /> of this Lease a policy of insurance on the Texas Standard form <br /> of fire and extended coverage for all contents, goods¡ stock, <br /> and any personal property which is or may be situated upon the <br /> Leased Premises. <br /> 8.3 Indemnity: <br /> <br /> A. Lessee shall hold harmless, indemnify and defend Lessor its <br /> officers¡ agents and employees from and against all suits¡ <br /> actions¡ damages, liability and expense for loss of life, <br />. <br />' <br /> - personal injury or property damage occasioned wholly or in part <br /> by any act or omission of Lessee, its agents, contractors, <br /> employees, servants, invitees, licensees or concessionaires, in <br /> their use of the Leased Premises, the runways and taxi-ways and <br /> -9- <br />
