That in the event of breach of any of the preceding nondiscrimination covenants, Lessor shall have the right to terminate the Lease and to reenter and repossess the Leased Premises in accordance with Article XIII. 16.9. During the time of war or national emergency, Lessor shall have the right to lease the landing area or any part thereof to the United States Government for military or naval use, and, if a lease is executed, the provisions of this instrument insofar as they are inconsistent with the provisions of the lease to the Government, shall be suspended. 16.10. The right to furnish aeronautical services to the public is granted the Lessee subject to Lessee agreeing: ~ (a) To furnish said services on a fair, equal and nondiscriminatory basis to all users thereof; and (b) To charge fair, reasonable and nondiscriminatory prices for each unit or service provided, that the Lessee may be allowed to make reasonable and nondiscriminatory discounts, I rebates, or other similar types of price reductions to volume purchasers. ARTICLE XVII. .Kiscellaneous 17.1. Whenever herein the singular number is used, the same shall include the plural, and the neuter gender shall include the feminine and masculine genders. 17.2 If any clause or provision of this Lease is illegal, invalid or unenforceable under present or future laws, the remainder of this Lease shall not be affected thereby, and the parties hereby declare that this Lease would have been entered into without such unenforceable portion. 17.3 This Lease may not be altered or amended, except by instrument in writing signed by both parties hereto.
