<br /> /39A <br /> <br /> AMENDMENT NO. 1 <br /> CONSTRUCTION INSPECTION SERVICES AGREEMENT <br /> EAST SIDE INTERCEPTOR PROJECT <br /> STATE OF TEXAS <br /> COUNTY OF HAYS <br /> The City of San Marcos and Darrell Dodson do hereby <br /> agree to amend the construction inspection services agreement <br /> for the East Side Interceptor Project, dated November 24, <br /> 1992. <br /> 1. The parties agree that Article 8 of the contract, <br /> Basis of Compensation, be amended to add Section 8.2 to read <br /> as follows: <br /> 8.2 The estimated total amount of compensation to be <br /> paid to Consultant is $58,000.00. ~ <br /> \ 2.
