ClE 6 <br /> SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNS <br /> 6.1 The OWNER and the CONSULTANT, respectively, bind themselves, their <br /> successors and assigns to the other party to this Agreement with <br /> respect to all covenants of this Agreement. Neither the OWNER nor the <br /> CONSULTANT sha 11 assign, sublet or transfer any interest in this <br /> Agreement without the written consent of the other. <br /> ART! ClE 7 <br /> EXTENT OF AGREEMENT <br /> 7.1 This Agreement represents the entire and integrated agreement <br /> between the OWNER and the CONSULTANT and supersedes all prior <br /> negotiations, representations or agreements, either written or oral. <br /> This Agreement may be amended only by written instrument signed by both <br /> OWNER and CONSULTANT. <br /> ART!
