<br />141 <br />; - <br /> <br /> <br />,'-I Y <br />RESOLUTION 1992- 142 R <br /> <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br />MARCOS, TEXAS, APPROVING FINAL PAYMENT TO STOKES <br />CONSTRUCTION COMPANY FOR COMPLETION OF THE <br />CONSTRUCTION OF AN AIRCRAFT SHELTER; ACCEPTING THE <br />PROJECT FOR USE BY THE CITY; AUTHORIZING FINAL <br />PAYMENT IN THE AMOUNT OF $19,304.00; AND DECLARING <br />AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of San Marcos has engaged the <br />services of Stokes Construction Company for completion of the <br />Aircraft Shelter Project; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, these services were provided pursuant to a <br />contract between the City and the contractor, executed on <br />July 13, 1992; now, therefore, <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />SAN MARCOS, TEXAS: <br /> <br />PART 1. That the proj ect known as the Aircraft <br />Shelter Project, has been completed pursuant to that contract <br />of July 13, 1992, between the City and Stokes Construction <br />Company and is hereby accepted for use by the "Ci ty of San <br />Marcos, Texas. <br /> <br />PART 2. That payment in the amount of $19,304.00 to <br />Stokes Construction Company in full and final payment for <br />these services is hereby authorized. <br /> <br />PART 3.
