<br /> ~p <br /> SAN MARCOS ELECTRIC UTILITY <br /> ELECTRIC TARIFF <br />ISSUED BY: CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS SHEET NO. - <br />EFFECTIVE DATE: 3/1/92 REVISION NO. - <br /> <br /> LARGE GENERAL SERVICE <br /> RATE SCHEDULE - LGS <br />The City shall charge and collect for large general service <br />electric service on the basis of the provisions of this Rate <br />Schedule - LGS. The Power Cost Adjustment Clause and Rules and <br />Regulations for Electric Service are incorporated by reference as <br />a part of this rate schedule. <br />AVAILABILITY <br />This rate schedule is available throughout the entire <br />territory served by the city of San Marcos. <br />APPLICABILITY <br /> ~ <br />This rate schedule is applicable to all electric service <br />required for lighting, power and any other purpose, other than <br />residential service as defined in Rate Schedule - RS, where the <br />maximum metered demand is 500 kW or greater and for which no <br />specific rate schedule is available. <br />CHARACTER OF SERVICE <br />Service under this rate schedule shall be alternating <br />current, 60 Hertz, three phase, at ~he City's option of standard <br />available voltages. Service at voltages above 60.0 volts but less <br />than 69,000 volts is designated Primary Voltage, while service at <br />600 volts or less is designated Secondary Voltage. Resale service <br />is not permitted under this rate.schedule. <br /> 14 <br />
