<br /> (PIA <br /> SAN MARCOS ELECTRIC UTILITY <br /> ELECTRIC TARIFF <br />ISSUED BY: CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS SHEET NO. - <br />EFFECTIVE DATE: 3/1/92 REVISION NO. - <br /> <br /> OUTDOOR AREA LIGHTING <br /> RATE SCHEDULE - OAL <br />MONTHLY RATE (continued) <br />The above rates will be adjusted plus or minus in accordance <br />with the formula specified in the Power Cost Adjustment Clause <br />applied to the kWh indicated for each type of lamp. The amount <br />computed at the "Monthly Rate" shall be subject to taxes, <br />assessments or surcharges imposed by any governmental authority <br />which are assessed on the basis of revenues from electric service <br />or volume of electricity purchased or sold by the city. <br />MINIMUM CHARGE <br />The monthly minimum charge shall be the sum of the stated <br />charge per lamp and all applicable rate adjustments. <br /> ~ <br />PAYMENT <br />All bills shall be paid on or before the fifteenth (15) day <br />following issuance. Any and all amounts remaining unpaid after <br />the due date shall be assessed a charge in the amount of ten <br />percent (10%) of the unpaid amount. Payment from state agencies <br />must be received within thirty (30) days from receipt of bill, and <br />any unpaid amount will be subject to a 1% per month interest <br />charge, following the procedures set forth in the Prompt PaYment <br />Act. <br /> , <br />SPECIAL CONDITIONS <br />The City will furnish, operate, and maintain the facilities <br />required for service under this rate schedule. Service at <br />locations where existing City-owned poles and facilities are not <br />available will be made at the discretion of the city and at an <br />additional charge to cover the èost of installing poles and <br />conductors and to cover increased cost of maintenance. The <br />following conditions will apply to all facilities installed by the <br />City under this rate schedule: <br /> 19 <br />
