The <br />Power Cost Adjustment Clause and Rules and Regulations for <br />Electric Service are incorporated by reference as a part of this <br />rate schedule. <br />AVAILABILITY <br />This rate schedule is available throughout the entire <br />territory served by the city of San Marcos. <br />APPLICABILITY <br />This rate schedule is applicable to incorporated <br />municipalities for lighting service within municipally-owned and <br />operated parks. <br />CHARACTER OF SERVICE <br />Service under this rate schedule shall be alternating <br />current, 60 Hertz, single phase, at the City's option of standard <br />available voltages. Standby or resale service is not permitted <br />under this rate schedule. <br />MONTHLY RATE , <br />Basic Service: <br />Single or Three Phase Service......$ 6.50 <br />Energy Charge: <br />All kWh............................ $ 0.03627 per kWh <br />The above rate per kWh will be adjusted plus or minus in <br />accordance with the formula specified in the Power Cost Adjustment <br />Clause. <br /> 24 <br />
