<br /> Lo if j) <br /> SAN MARCOS ELECTRIC UTILITY <br /> ELECTRIC TARIFF <br />ISSUED BY: CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS SHEET NO. - <br />EFFECTIVE DATE: 3/1/92 REVISION NO. - <br /> <br /> STREET LIGHTING SERVICE <br /> AND <br /> TRAFFIC SIGNAL SERVICE <br /> RATE SCHEDULE - SL <br />SPECIAL CONDITIONS <br />The city will furnish and operate all street lighting <br />facilities required for service under this rate schedule. Service <br />to locations where city-owned poles and facilities are not <br />available will be made at the discretion of the City and at an <br />additional charge to the Customer to cover the costs, including <br />appropriate overheads, of additional poles, conductors, other <br />facilities and increased maintenance expenses. <br />The cost of maintaining and repairing any equipment necessary <br />for street lighting service under this rate schedule shall be <br />billed to the Customer at cost, including appropriate overheads. <br />The city shall, at the request of the Customer, relocate or <br />change existing equipment and the Customer shall reimburse the <br />city for any and all such relocations or changes at actual cost <br />including all appropriate overheads. <br />INTERRUPTION OF SERVICE <br />The city will make reasonable provisions to insure <br />satisfactory and continuous service, but does not guarantee a <br />continuous supply of electrical pow~r and energy and shall not be <br />liable for damage occasioned by interruptions of service or <br />failure to commence delivery caused by acts of God, or the public <br />enemy, or for any cause reasonably beyond its control, including, <br />but not limited to the failure or breakdown of facilities, floods, <br />fire, strikes, or actions or orders of any agency having <br />jurisdiction in the premises, or for interruptions which are <br />necessary for inspection, repair, or changes in equipment or <br />facilities of the city or its bulk power suppliers. <br />The Customer shall notify the city immediately of any <br />defects, trouble or accident which may in any way affeçt the <br />delivery of electric service by the city. <br /> 28 <br />
