If a customer applies <br />for service before 4:00 p.m., the customer will be connected the <br />same day. If a customer applies after 4:00 p.m., but before 5:00 <br />p.m., the customer will be connected the following business day or <br />pay double the connect fee in order to be connected the same day. <br /> 32 <br />
