The Power Cost <br /> Adjustment Clause and Rules and Regulations for Electric Service <br /> are incorporated by reference as a part of this rate schedule. <br /> AVAILABILITY <br /> This rate is available throughout the entire territory served <br /> by the city of San Marcos. <br /> APPLICATION <br /> This rate schedule is applicable to all electric service <br /> required exclusively for domestic purposes by individual (single <br /> family) private residences, individually metered apartment units <br /> and farm homes. This rate schedule is not applicable to <br /> businesses, licensed boarding or rooming houses, fraternity or <br /> sorority houses advertised as such, educational institutions or <br /> facilities, or apartment houses including the common facility <br /> requirements of residences also used for business purposes, <br /> evidenced by any form of advertising including separate white page <br /> telephone listing, which will be served under the appropriate <br /> general service rate schedule. <br /> CHARACTER OF SERVICE , <br /> <br /> Service under this rate schedule shall be alternating <br /> current, 60 Hertz, single phase, at the City's option of standard <br /> available voltages. The City may, at its option, provide three <br /> phase service when individual motors rated at 5.0 horsepower or <br /> larger are connected.
