<br /> ~AQ <br /> .. <br /> CITY OF SAN MARCOS <br /> . <br /> RULES AND REGULATIONS FOR ELECTRIC SERVICE <br /> APPLICATION FOR SERVICE <br /> Electric service supplied by the City will be 60-cycle alternating <br />i current delivered at the available standard voltages adjacent to <br /> the premises where the customer is located. Secondary service <br /> will be supplied at nominal voltages of 120/240 volt single phase, <br /> three phase voltages of 120/208 volt, 120/240 volt, 277/480 volt, <br /> and 240/480 volts, or such other voltage as is available. Primary <br /> service will be supplied 'at nominal voltage below 15,000 volts as <br /> available. ' <br /> The city will provide electric service and administer these Rules <br /> and Regulations through its operating agent/ the Lower Colorado <br /> River Authority. <br /> - <br /> Before purchasing or installing electrical equipment and/or <br /> wiring, the customer should secure information in writing from the <br /> City as to the type of service available at thè location to be <br /> served. <br />,. <br /> The City does not guarantee, but with the cooperating of the <br /> customer, will endeavor to furnish a continuous supply of electric <br /> power and energy and to maintain voltage and frequency wi thin <br />.. reasonable limits. The City shall not be liable for damages <br /> any <br /> that may result from the use of electrical appliances or from the <br /> city's property on the customer's premises. <br /> I <br /> -39- <br />
