FOR PERFORMANCE OF <br /> THE FIXED ASSETS INVENTORY AND DECLARING AN <br /> EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> WHEREAS, in accordance with section 8.16 of the City Charter <br /> of the City of San Marcos, Texas, the City Council declares that a <br /> public necessity exists which requires amendment of the City's <br /> 1992-93 budget; now, therefore, <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br /> TEXAS: <br /> SECTION 1. That the City Budget Ordinance for the 1992-1993 <br /> Fiscal Year is hereby amended as set forth in the attached Exhibit <br /> A, in order to provide funding for final paYffient to American <br /> Appraisal Associates, Inc. for performance of the fixed assets <br /> inventory. <br /> SECTION 2. That these revisions and reappropriations which <br /> shall be the amended budget for the City of San Marcos, Texas, for <br /> the fiscal year 1992-1993, are hereby approved and adopted. <br /> SECTION 3.
