<br /> 19 <br /> RESOLUTION 1992 - 146 R <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS AUTHORIZING THE <br /> SUBMISSION OF AN APPLICATION TO THE TEXAS <br /> HISTORICAL COMMISSION FOR A 1993-1994 <br /> CERTIFIED LOCAL GOVERNMENT GRANT; AUTHORIZING ~ <br /> THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE THE AGREEMENT ON <br /> BEHALF OF THE CITY¡ AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE <br /> DATE. <br /> WHEREAS, the City of San Marcos wishes to submit an <br /> application for matching funds from the Texas Historical <br /> Commission 1993-1994 Certified Local Government Grant program; <br /> now, therefore <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br /> TEXAS: <br /> PART 1. That the submission of an application to the Texas <br /> Historical Commission for matching funds through the 1993-1994 <br /> Certified Local Government Grant program, a copy of which is <br /> attached hereto, is hereby approved. <br /> PART 2. That the City Manager, Larry D. Gilley is hereby <br /> authorized to act in all matters regarding the Certified Local <br /> Government Grant Program on behalf of the City. <br /> PART 3. That this Resolution shall be in full force and <br /> effect immediately from and after its passage. <br /> ADOPTED this the 14thday of December , 19 . <br /> - <br /> t~f~l.
