(hereinafter called "Contractor"). <br /> WIT N E SSE T H: <br /> WHEREAS, the Contractor did on the 5th day of June, 1992, submit a <br /> Proposal to provide Residential Recyclable Materials and Delivery <br /> within the City and to perform such work as may be incidental <br /> thereto. <br /> NOW I THEREFORE, in consideration of the following mutual agreements <br /> and covenants, it is understood and agreed by and between the <br /> parties hereto as follows: <br /> ~ <br /> 1. The Contractor's Proposal. <br /> b. The General Specifications. <br /> c.
